We would like to inform you that the Council of Ministers, at its meeting on March 10, 2021, decided to fulfill the request of the Community Council for the concession of the former Office and the former Warehouses of the Cooperative Central Bank for use, with a lease for 20 years and the right of renewal. We are waiting for the signing of a contract with the management company ALTAMIRA CYPRUS, in order to use these buildings for the benefit of our Community.
